Normally R & R stands for “Rest and Recreation,” but listen as I talk about two other very important R’s – Rest and Release. Contemplating the topic of rest reminded me of the Old Testament practices of rest and release, more specifically Jubilee. Jubilee literally means “year of release.” Listen as I explain Jubilee and challenge us to embrace this concept of rest and release to live in greater freedom and confidence.
